Below is a video demonstration of needle aponeurotomy, a minimally invasive treatment for Dupuytren's disease. This is an office procedure. The total length of the procedure was about 11 minutes. The procedure was performed under local anesthesia.

The patient pictured had immediate improvement in his long-standing contracture. He went back to work the following day, and he resumed his golf within one week. He did not have any complications.
