Demonstration Video

Below is a video demonstration of carpal tunnel release, as performed by Dr. John Mahoney. This surgery was performed on October 11, 2007, and is presented here as a demonstration of hand surgery.

The surgery is shown nearly in its entirely. After the conclusion of the video, four sutures were placed and the wound was closed. The total time of the surgery was about seven minutes, including applying the post-operative bandage.
